These are research paths, not promised jobs or salaries. WEF employer research to 2030 highlights technology, green-transition, care and education roles. The practical projects here are ITERAQ learning suggestions; test local vacancies and qualifications before paying for training. WEF · Future of Jobs 2025
Your first 90 days
Days 1–30: compare local vacancies, talk to three people doing the work, choose one skill. Days 31–60: complete a small project and get feedback. Days 61–90: improve it, publish a portfolio and apply for a supervised placement or a small paid brief.
Time, business or financial assets?
Skills: test a low-cost course and a real project before a large training bill. Business: validate demand and limit the first experiment's budget. Savings: consider access to emergency cash, expensive debt, diversification and total fees before long-term investing. Crypto and NFTs are speculative; they are not a dependable income plan.
Illustrations, not predictions or a product recommendation. Contributions are made at month-end for 120 months. Annual returns compound monthly; the annual fee reduces growth. Inflation reduces purchasing power. Returns and fees are held constant; tax, currency changes and irregular market losses are not modelled. You can lose capital. No asset is certain to perform best over ten years.
